Billing Options:
Credit Cards - We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All charges are applied to your credit card after your order has been shipped. Please CALL with credit card information!
Open Account - We extend NET 30 Days billing on open account to educational institutions with a valid purchase order number. No additional credit references are required.
Ordering Options:
Internet - Order safety products 24 hours a day on the internet (techedsafety.com).
Telephone - If you prefer to do business over the telephone, please call us at 1-800-343-6461. Our office is open from 7:30AM – 4:30PM CST Monday through Friday.
Fax - To fax us an order, print a copy of your order and fax it to us at 262-547-0717. If your facility prefers paying with a credit card, please be sure to include that information (*Type of credit card, credit card number, expiration date, and name as it appears on your card*).
Back-orders:
While we attempt to maintain proper stocking levels of our products, sometimes it is necessary to back-order products. Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped immediately upon arrival to our warehouse. The customer will only be charged for products once they are shipped.
Shipping Options:
Upon receipt of your order, stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. Any back-ordered items will be shipped complete upon receipt of the products.
Tech Ed Safety (Olsen Safety) utilizes United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service, or FedEx ground service to ship most orders. If you need products sooner than what ground service will provide, (Next Day Air or Second Day Air) please give us a call at 1-800-343-6461 to make arrangements.
Note: Olsen Safety does not sell or ship products outside the Continental United States. We are also unable to ship product during weekends, or to Post Office boxes.
ESTIMATED Shipping & Handling Charges:
The majority of the items on our website will fall into the table below that estimates Shipping & Handling charges based upon the dollar amount of your order. There are a few items that do NOT apply to this table, such as The Sure-Grip EX Storage Cabinets, Germicidal Cabinets, & The Protective Barrier Panels, etc.. If you order these larger items, we will contact you with the actual freight charges prior to shipping your order.
**Please also note, if you decide to ship to a "Residential Address", there may be an additional shipping fee!**

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please contact us by Phone (800) 343-6461, Fax (262) 547-0717 or email info@techedsafety.com. Please provide the date of your original order, the invoice number and what you want to return. Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Return freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser and credit will be issued only for the goods returned, less any freight. The exception to this would be in the event of an incorrect shipment on the part of Tech Ed Safety (Olsen Safety). In this case, we will pay the freight both ways for the original product returned.
Limited Warranty:
Olsen Safety Equipment Corporation makes no warranties of any kind and disclaims all express warranties and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the product. The seller’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for his/her intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
